Surroundings
The old flower auction of Vleuten once stood here. Now it is one of the most beautiful new housing estates in the Het Zand subplan: De Veiling. The neighbourhood is located on the east side of Leidsche Rijn, close to the station and surrounded by greenery. The to-be-built Leidsche Rijn Centre with all its shops and other amenities is also within walking distance. The neighbourhood itself promises lots of living pleasure. The layout is child-friendly: your children will soon be able to romp around and play outside. The complex
In its architecture, De Veiling recalls times gone by. Dudok, undisputedly one of the greatest architects of the past, is the source of inspiration for the houses being built there. This gives the residential area a character all of its own. Most typical are the tight, horizontal lines in the façades and the sand-yellow brickwork. But the details that make the houses so individual were also inspired by Dudok. A big difference is the large windows, which actually give the houses a very contemporary feel. It makes the houses light inside and you get to experience a lot of the surroundings.

The houses themselves are above average in size and nicely finished with a complete kitchen and bathroom. In terms of typology, you can choose between intermediate and corner houses.

Layout
The living space is mainly oriented towards the garden side and the deep kitchen is fully equipped. On the first floor, there are three nice bedrooms and a bathroom. The attic is kept open and suitable for many purposes. All properties have a shed in the garden.
